وجوههم تعلوها الضحكة
وجيوبهم مليئة بالحلوى

Let us rejoice indeed

For this is the day of Eid

Mosques are full of worshippers

in rows straight and neat

Their Lord they remember
His name they repeat

Their hands are raised to the sky

They supplicate and plead

On this blessed day

Forgive us they entreat

المساجد مليئة بالعبّاد

في صفوف مستوية ومعتدلة

يذكرون اسم الله ويهللونه

أيديهم مرفوعة للسماء

يدعون الله ويتضرعون

في هذا اليوم المبارك

اغفر لنا واعف عنا

He has no father or son

With His infinite power

بقوته المطلقة يمكنه فعل أي شيء

أسألوا الله أن يغفر لنا ويدخلنا الجنة

Before Him there were none
Of partners He has none
He knows what is apparent
And what is hidden
All the fate of creation

Please protect me from Shaytan

Qawlu rasulika

Is the saying of your Prophet

Fi qalbi, fi hulumi

In my heart, in my dreams

Anti ma'i ya ummi

You are always with me mother

واشوقاه إلى رؤياك يا أمي

في قلبي في حلمي

Ruhti wa taraktini

You went and left me

Ya nura 'aynayya

O light of my eyes

Ya unsa layli

O comfort of my nights

Man siwaki yahdhununi

Who, other than you, will embrace me

Man siwaki yasturuni

Who, other than you, will cover me

Man siwaki yahrusuni

Who, other than you, will guard over me

Afwaki ummi Samihini'

بالرغم من أننا قد حدنا عنه وعن طريقه

أخوتي وأخواتي في الاسلام

فلنجاهد ولنعمل ولنصلي

إذا أردنا أن نعيد مجد سنته ودينه

O Allah Lord of the Worlds
Ya rahmanu ya rahim ya rabbi
O Merciful and Beneficent, O my Lord
Let the Ummah rise again
Let us see daylight again, once again

يا الله يا رب العالمين

 يا رحمان يا رحيم يا رب

اجعل الأمة تنهض من جديد

اجعلنا نرى نور الصباح من جديد

Let's become whole again, proud again
Cause I swear with firm belief in our hearts
We can bring back the glory of our past

فلنتوحد مع بعضنا البعض مجددا

فخورون مجددا لأني أقسمت بايمان قوي

في قلوبنا أن نعيد مجد ماضينا المشرق

My ummah, my ummah
He will say Rasulullah on that day
Even though we’ve strayed from him and his way
My brothers, my sisters, in Islam
Let’s struggle, work, and pray
If we are to bring back the glory of his way

أمتي أمتي هو سيقولها رسول الله يوم القيامة

بالرغم من أننا قد حدنا عنه وعن طريقه

أخوتي وأخواتي في الاسلام

فلنجاهد ولنعمل ولنصلي

إذا أردنا أن نعيد مجد سنته ودينه

Look at where we were
And look at where we are and tell me
Is this how he’d want it to be?
Oh no! Let us bring back our glory

أنظر كيف كنا وأنظر إلى أين صرنا وأخبرني

هل هذا ما يرتضيه لنا؟ لا إذن فلنعد مجدنا مجددا

Ya Allah ya rabbal 'alamin
O Allah Lord of the Worlds

فلنبدأ بالايمان والاحساس بذلك

It’s Nature’s order

There is a hidden force

Pulling us closer

It’s pulling you and I

ولا شيء عنه يخفى

إسع نحوالعطاء

وستلقى و تعطى

إشف و سوف تشفى
