يا قارئ القرآن داوي قلوبنا
بتلاوة تزدان بالتجويدِ
هذي ينابيع الكتاب تدفقت
تجري بنور في الحياة جديدِ

O the reader of the Quran heals our hearts

With an miraculous recitation

These are the fountains of the Book

Are flowing in the new light of life

كم فارس في الحرب نال شهادةً
و يكون عند الله غير شهيدِ
كم قارئ في الناس يُحمد ذكره
و يكون عند الله غير حميدِ

How many knight in the war became a martyr 

But he's not a martyr in the Eye of Allah

How many laudable reciter whom people are praising

 But he's not laudable in the Eye of Allah
